- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bandages & Wraps (opened packaging)
- Brushes & Combs (personal grooming items)

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian/remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
